Dispense with:
Molinaro (Why is he still here?!)
Grygera (Surely, we can do better!)
Tiago (It's unfortunate because he is a good player. However, he is injury prone, and someone must make way for other players to come in)
Poulsen (Useful at times, albeit infrequently. Inconsistent and erratic more often than not. He can generate a decent sum, particularly if he happens to have a decent World Cup)
Iaquinta (I never really rated him, and think we would do well to replace him; he can also bring in some cash for better purchases)
Trezeguet (It will be sad to see him leave, but if that is his desire, so be it)
We also need to factor in that players such as Sali and legro are getting on in terms of age, and will get less minutes next season. In addition, Caceres might be returned to Barca, and Canna will most likely retire (otherwise he could/should be a sub). Moreover, both Camo and Del Piero will play less due to age and injuries, and in view of that, we should be looking for adequate replacements from this coming summer, so as to replace them in the 2011-2012 season.

Acquire:
Beck: He has the potential to be one of the best in the world. Buy him now before others do.
Kjaer/Rannochia/Bochetti: Any of the aforementioned trio will inject much needed youth into our backline, and guarantee us a solid and strong partnership for years to come. Ideally, I wish we could get 2 of the 3, but that would just be a waste. Kjaer is somewhat slow, but he compensates for his lack of pace with other attributes largely due to his positioning sense and good reading of the game. In addition, he is also a very good passer of the ball. Bochetti is a natural leader, and can definitely organize the defense. He isn't too shabby with the ball at his feet either. Bari are very solid defensively this season, and a large part of that credit must go to their central defensive pairing, of which Ranoochia is an integral part. His main attributes are his height and physical stature, which make him a constant aerial threat, not to mention very strong physically and difficult to knock off the ball.
Criscito: There are no better options at left back for that price. Good value for money. Solid, and a tireless worker (and to think we have to pay Genoa to reacquire half of this guy, whom we previously used to own!).
Dzeko: Young, dynamic, and a menace in front of goal. He will cost a lot of money, but then again, anyone who is coming in to replace Trezeguet won't come cheap.

Sources in Germany suggest Juventus are considering a bid for West Ham United and Swiss international defender Valon Behrami.
The Bianconeri have identified the right-back position as something of an Achilles heel, as Jonathan Zebina and Zdenek Grygera don’t look comfortable in the role.
Earlier this week, Juventus were linked with Manchester City’s Pablo Zabaleta and Rennes’ very promising France international Rod Fanni.
The news of interest in Behrami comes as something of a shock as he is only just returning to action after a serious knee injury suffered last season.
He also has a contract until 2013 and is unlikely to come cheap.
Juventus are going through a mini-crisis at the moment, as they are without a win in their last five games in all competitions.
The Bianconeri are back in action this evening when they take on Israeli side Maccabi Haifa in the Champions League.
Very talented player and young enough, great purchase if we can get him at a reasonable price
