Depends a lot on who will be sold. If we sell a MC then we might not invest the money on another player. We already have much more than needed players for the midfield.
Although we only have 3 CBs (+Ariaudo) and maybe we'll go after another CB if we sell one of our midfielders.

If we sell an attacker, a RB or a LB then i have no doubts that we'll buy another player for those positions.

We can sell one of our midfielders and include a RB or LB to get a wing back.

Alright, well now that the midfield is pretty much tied up we can focus on splashing 20m next summer on Dzeko to rejuvenate the offense for aging trez/dp/amauri and the rest can go to the defense if we can't find any good deals

After Melo, we're close to signing a young U-21/20 player to add depth the the squad. We already have a good player at that position.

Give De Ceglie the chance next season and spend the last money on a decent RB!

I m not sure if the Poulsen/Tiago sale would make any difference though.
Since we have spent so much, a young and promising defender, is all we can ask for now!
Andre or Santacroce would do too, but i would also see Grygera replaced!
If we can include Grygera to the Melo deal, save some cash from there and then sell Poulsen to Germany, i believe that we can buy both Santacroce and a fullback!

RB : Zebina, Santacroce, Salih
CB : Chiellini, Canna, Santacroce, Legro, Ariaudo
LB : Grosso, DC, Molinaro

I would be pleased with that! Its promising and upgradable for next year:

RB : top quality RB if Zebi still sux, or a youngster if Santa stays as CB
CB : Chiellini + Santa, or a few more time to Canna+Legro as Ariaudo/Criscito grow up if Santacroce become RB after all
LB: DC as offensive fullback if we keep this system and Criscito as defensive choice and ol Grosso as a filler...

Capdevilla is very good crosser and good and solid LB. He is bit old, 30, like Grosso, but an unassuming and excellent fullback who is suprisingly good offensively (in confed cup, he was behind like 3 out 5 goals, and most started by his side). Pretty content in Villareal me thinks, bit underrated player that does his task without much fuss.
