Have in mind that players like Zebina, Tiago, Poulsen and even Salihamidzic are on very high wages. For example, Salihamidzic is getting 2m eur and it's more than every other player out of the Italian top 3 apart from Totti, Gilardino, De Rossi and Mutu.
In order to get the same wages, or close to it, some other big team will have to buy Brazzo. Do you think the other big teams will want him?
And another question, do you think he'd like to go to a smaller team for 4 times smaller wages?

And even if some team would like to buy them and pay them the same wages, it would mean that in order to compensate for the money the clubs will pay for their wages, they'd try to buy them for a very small amount of money, or for no money at all.

I'm afraid that by offering these players such astronomic wages, we made the mistake Milan made when they offered new deals to Dida, Cafu, Serginho and the likes, and they couldn't get rid of them later, even if they were ready to let them go on free.
I can see some teams in England or Spain go for them by paying us less but the players having the same wages. We have to upgrade the team, if not we're still back to square one.

Yes, that could happen in Tiago's or Poulsen's case. I'm afraid that those teams won't be interested in Zebina and Salihamidzic. We're stuck with these two until their contracts expire.

But in Tiago's and Poulsen's case we'll probably have to sell much cheaper than what we paid. Some 5-6m euro is what i expect to get for them.
If we manage to "sell" Zebina or Salihamidzic, it will be for 0 euro, i'm afraid.

Unlike Inter (they can easily sell Suazo, Quaresma, Mancini, Maxwell, Stankovic, even Adriano) who can get tons of cash by selling the unneeded players, we unfortunatly can't make the so much needed cash for transfers unless we sell some of the players we need. :(

We did sell Boumsong for 3m € to Lyon while he was paid 2.5m €/year. Same salary as Zebina.

    Zuniga: £4.5m+Ariaudo [As Dusan said]
    Sakho/Subotić: £10m
    Michel Bastos: £15m

That's what I would have done.

Has anyone seen Hernanes play before?
Yes, he is a very good all rounded player, he can play all of MF ranging from DM to AM, vey technically gifeyed and can make play from deep, sounds like our sort of player but unfortunetly barca are after him and he's being touted as the[\I] 100m man.

man this site is going gaga.

Selling Brazzo would be tough so getting some cash for Marchionni would be easier. I didn't say I wanted to sell both.

Still, he was rated in France, French NT player, when we sold him he was 2 years younger than Zebina is atm, and he wasn't injury prone the way Zebina is.
I really hope someone could buy Zebina, but i can't see who and how, unless Zebina accepts a huge pay-cut.

Thats why i never liked free buys, i just know that we'll pay huge salaries to lure them to our club. They never were quality players to begin with and we would never be able to get rid of them easy. Thats another smart side of our management right there....

There is no way we will buy both Cassano and Diego, would be crazy shit, but wont happen when Del Piero and ESPECIALLY Giovinco is here. Ale could be phased out slowly, but it would be like saying we dont want you to Gio, if we get both players.

Oh, and this might come as a surprise to some of you, but i think that Molinaro could bring some solid cash to the team.

He's young, starter for Juventus, runs like crazy, and doesn't have much talent. He's like a perfect LB for a financially solid mid-table EPL club. :D

We could get up to 7m eur for him.

I think Dossena may have put them off that type of Italian player for a wee while.
