I know he's one of the best but my concern is wheter or not he would have a full vote of confidence & have optimum financial backing when needed as in the Ribery case,if he were in charge.

We still aren't in a position to compete with the richest clubs, so Ribery isn't really an option.

Marino is good at finding them young, so we wouldn't have to pay crazy transfer fees.

I don't know why we are even discussing this, since Secco got a new contract not that long ago. We ain't going to be changing Sporting Director before this summer.
