sorry if this is the wrong thread, i cant rembemer in which thread the matter of andrade was discussed but:

"On 9 July 2008, during a training session at Pinzolo, the player Almeida Gomes de Andrade, Jorge Manuel, was the victim of another serious injury to his left knee (relapse of the fracture of the rotula) operated twice in the past season. A new osteosynthesis operation was thus needed. The post-surgery prognosis is a number of months. Given the impossibility for the player to recover to play professionally, the company has proceeded to fully write down the residual book value of the player's registration rights with a negative effect on the 2007-08 financial year for € 6.8 million."

i think that means that andrade has been released from his contract and hes no longer on our books

I read this morning we we're linked with Bonera again! 
to think some wanted him here a couple of years ago.

If we want a player who can play CB and RB in Italy we should look at Santacroce not dirty old Bonera. Santacroce is one player I really want to see in a Juve jersey. He has everything to become a top defender.. Speed, Timing, Aireal ability, Reads the game well and hardly ever gets beaten one on one (as we saw with Giovinco and Del Piero last time we played them)
I think he owuld be the perfect partner for Chiellini both at Juve and the national team. Plus his ability to play RB and shut down wingers is useful too.
Plus he is Italian ...and Black!!!! WHAT?
