I wonder how Lazio can keep ahold of their good players because they dont pay salaries as high as the big teams. If I was a player at Lazio I would think it would be much better to play for a team fighting for titles and have a much higher salary.

Lazio have some players who should be at a higher level club like Pandev, Koralov, Lichsteiner, Zarate, Foggia and Rocchi...

I don't know if we are truthfully link to Andre Santos or if it's just the media. But if he performs the way he did in the confederations cup i wouldn't want him in juve. He played pretty bad. But it was my first look at the player. he probably does player way better for his club. who knows.?

Btw, Melo signed a new 4 year contract with Fiorentina. His buy-out clause is set at 25m eur.

That buy-out clause is low enough that it will soon tempt a few teams.

Melo is pretty damn good, but I don't think a reasonable sum for him would be higher than 20M Euros right now.

I used to think he was a promising prospect 2 years ago. But his development hasn't gone as expected. He's probably going to Everton this summer.

Not right now, but he keeps developing and has a great World Cup, that 25m won't look such a big amount to some teams.

Hernanes would be a good signing. I think he'll be great, but it's highly unlikely. IIRC Sao Paulo are asking 30m for him.
