Yeah, he is. He have great potential to become great, but still he is far from that, even though he is young, he still had only one good season with Wolfsburg. IMO it's to early rate him this high.
Misimovic have incredible passing ability, I mean his passes are out of this world, maybe one of the best passer in Europe. But still his lack of speed and inability to defend are dragging him down, and that's the one of the reasons he will never become WC IMO. In Wolfsburg they gave him role he wanted, behind strikers with no defensive duties and that suits him. But it's hard to believe that any great club is willing to make those sacrifices for one player.

To those who say Džeko is overrated... I wouldnt agree because nobody is rating him as a world class player yet. Fact is that he was one of the best scorers in Europe last year, AFAIK had more assists than any of the players that scored more than him (excluding Messi maybe), he ahd like 10 assists in the Budensliga. He scored21 in the Bundesliga this year (since New Year).
Anyways, IMO he's not WC yet, but I see in him the same kind of potential, not the same type of player mind you, that Trez had when he joined Juve.

We should sign Cissokho fro Porto at LB if Criscito does not return. He is going to have a great future and was very elegant against Man Utd. He defends well and attacks well. Plus he has alot of size and strength. I think he could easily be a great LB in a 4312 formation covering the whole flank.
Much better solution than aging Grosso or having to over pay for Maxwell from Inter.
