ah rite juve viola and lazio breach of 1 and 6 milan just 1 therefore they may or may not get away easy

(Per tutte le accuse sono di slealtà sportiva e illecito sportivo (art. 1 e/o 6). Il Milan potrebbe salvarsi perché Galliani avrebbe solo l'art. 1,)

crap. Art1 only results in penalisations (points) while art 6 can lead to demotion

Juventus, Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina have been charged with sporting fraud as part of the Calciopoli scandal.

These are the clubs referred to the Disciplinary Commission at the end of a wide-reaching investigation into alleged match-fixing and collusion with referees.

While Juventus were the side at the centre of the inquest following wiretaps on former director general Luciano Moggi’s telephone conversations, and the Turin giants are expected to run the biggest risks.

They could face anything from docked points to stripped titles and demotion into Serie B or even Serie C.

Milan insisted they were the victims of sporting fraud rather than the perpetrators, but they too have been charged.

Lazio and Fiorentina are thought to have had secondary roles, yet risk demotion if their involvement in sporting fraud is proved.

The trial will begin on June 28 and an appeal will be heard between July 7 and 9. The final appeal, at the Federal Court, will give its verdict before July 20.

Gazzetta:
19.13 - Juventus, Milan, Fiorentina e Lazio sono state deferite alla Caf dal procuratore federale Stefano Palazzi, per violazione dell'articolo 1 e/o 6 del codice di giustizia sportiva.

Basically, all four clubs will face the judge. Juve, Fiorentina and Lazio risk everything (demotion and all), while Milan would onl risk point stripping

Correct me if I am wrong, what is worse than clearly FIXING a game with another team???
Milan fixed a game with udinese to end it 1-1 so udinese could reach the CL. The phone taps published in the newspapers were clear as glass. Not only that, they tipped the ref in the samp game to avoid them winning.
All mentioned in the papers.. UNLIKE moggi's where they are acusations and nothing out spoken fluently!!!
So if Juve are deep shit Milan should be in an even deeper shit.

I would say charging them with 1-6 is the equivalent of a prosecution "throwing everything but the kitchen sink" at a defendant....They will ask for 1-6, and accept 1-whatever (ie, less than demotion)
