Dont worry my fellow Juventini,
even with the validation of the illegally obtained transcripts they still cant condemn us in serie C,
this trial isnt a lesser but joke than the one happening in the Italian press,
(and probably makes part of the giant anti-Juve consiparacy:D )
if they dont have any real evidence they will have to use those trancripts,
otherwise they would have to free us of all charges,
they have nothing more than these transcripts and they way the press interprated them,
even if they anounce with fanfars the serie C penalty and serie B for the rest
they will for sure take it back in the appeal,
(the will serve us the maximum sentence for the evidence and the accusations that can be SPECULATED from those "evidence" , just like the press, wich is serie B and they wonna makes us feel even guiltier than that and even happy that we would "escape" with serie B only,.
so we wouldnt react and accept our inferiority in politics prooved the last years in many fields)
this is all happening for the press's eyes,
smth that it would make them seem more reliable in the international scene,
they wont to create the illusion that,
althought they created this scandal, now,
the times that Juve is the prooven champion,
based on evidence known some time ago when we werent
(but i guess they couldnt ontain the maximum damage on our club then)
althought they focused their "investigations" on juve only
(and almost every evidence concerning any other team were found as they were searching for evidence against Juve only)

they want to create the illusion that their utter goal isnt just to punish Juve for a situation known and tolerated many decades now,
they want to trick the international public opinion that they do care about justice and everybody is equally treated in Italy:howler:

remember this post,
this is what i was repeating from the very begining,
(even before any other side was accused and even before Moggi adopt this as his defensive strategy)
this is where all the signs, presented, lead so far,
this what i ve always believed that the Italian leaders were planning to do
and i ve never trusted that our "friend" Galliani or the Agnelli would do smth to help us
and ofcourse that the Italian justice system that already lost the trial of the century against us would be fair to us this time...

this is the real world out there...

there is no justice...

i hope they will proove me wrong.

I think all this is good news for Azzurri fans; nothing but tragic news gives the best motivations.

You never know, it might be someone on purpose who threw Pessotto out the window. Italy had an easy 3-0 win just afterwards.

Now what would they do to make them win the final?

My guess is that they'll all move up from C to B and B to A. We'll be the only team demoted and the other will have point deductions. If it happens i'm willing to go to Italy and create havoc. Who's with me? :D

I really hope they take this chance to clean up Italian football once and for all. If the verdict is Serie C for us so be it. Am so disillusioned about Italian football right now that if they try to cut any corners then I would never follow it again.

If they don't sort it out fairly am gonna take a long sabbath from club football altogether. No Buffon wagon for me, it's no club football. I sincerely hope that the judges don't mess things up & hopefully we will take our punishment with the little dignity left.

milan, to serie B with -3 points, viola lazio to serie B with 15 points docked
