please help me i appear to have stuck a ratchet up my anus and cannot for the life of me get it out.
my wife and i are trying for a baby and she said that perhaps my nuts needed tightening as i was having as much luck keeping erect as george best at a free-bar event. she said it is because i have low motility, i think it is just because she is a fat,ugly cow!
anyway i could not find any information on how to tighten your nuts and have already lost half a socket-set,a shifting spanner and a pair of mole-grips. the ratchet was my last hope but my anus has trapped my forearm half way in and i don't want to phone the ambulance
