no, you're probably someone who means well, enjoys a juventus win, laments a defeat, but you're so convinced your shit doesn't stink that you're probably still in a washroom with methane levels above the lel

What's a lel? Serious question, not a snide remark.

You may have a point Bes, I certianly do treat some posters here with a superior-esque attitude, only when then don't actually read what I have previously posted and don't offer anything constructive to the argument.

Do you think it is elitist to expect people to show me to courtesy of reading my posts in full.Or if not in full then at least not replying with snide comments that have regard to either a small portion of the post or not at all. If you do then feel free to put me on your ignore list, I'm only here because I love Juve and enjoy a good smiley :scarf:

lower explosion limit, least amount needed to ignite. i only used it because i thought of it as i was writing and it gave me a chuckle. the reason i'm still ranting is that you started with the clear conclusion that we need young players, the more the merrier and as soon as public opinion went against it you turned into, these are our options and i haven't made up my mind yet.

    I never suggested that.

I was wondering what approach people thought would be best in the transfer market. The spend less money on a long-term youth oreinted policy or buy in fully formed professionals and go for success in the short (2-3 years) term.
Well I don't remember exactly what you wrote in your first post and I see it has been edited but it didn't seem to me that you were talking specifically about a new transfer policy.

I still see no point to another knee jerk reaction panic thread, this team isn't unfixable. We are only in our third season recovering from Calciopoli and if I remember correctly this was supposed to be a five year project to return Juventus back to the top so I see no reason to panic just yet.

. Ah ok, i'd have laughed too but I not that good at chemistry :D. If you see it that way that's fine. The editing was bolding parts that were already there, grammar (like we've isntead of we're) and addind a heading to point people towards the bolded parts.

I specifically alluded to two different strategies, the short term strategy with near immediate decay (dead zebra) and the youth policy which would take long because the youngsters (I think that was our U15s or something) needed to grow as players. I never explicitly stated which strategy to follow, your interpretation of the pictures made it seem so but I didn't. I'd personally like a mix of the two, e.g. spending 30M on a WC player and the buying 3 soon to be WC players for around 10m. So I hope you can see why I find your reaction grating, because I pointed out that I was aware of the knowledge that 'we're doOOOooOOomed' twice and also said youth or ready-made twice. It was 100% my intention to create a discussion, long gone now, about what strategy people thought was the best.

That is the original post, edited for grammar and bolding words that were already there.

Ah yes, Das Projekt :D. Your second paragraph is what I wanted to discuss (although not in a panic sense). The past 3 years of the 5 year plan has been like the first one I alluded to, buying 'WC' players sometimes at over-the-odds and aiming for immediate success. I just wondered if anybody would accept different policies/what they thought of more rebuilding.

Tbh I posted it in the transfer forum, give me a little credit :p
