Rubbish argument. Only Chelsea and Utd from the EPL deserve to be at this stage of the competition. Arsenal struggled at home and away and Liverpool progressed because Gerrard dragged them by the scrote single-handedly.

My question to you is, how many English teams will be left after the first knock-out round? United, Arsenal and Chelsea face deficits going into the second leg and with Liverpool anything is possible.

Milan look rock solid atm and Arsenal haven't given me the slightest of inclinations that they can keep a cleansheet against one of Europe's better teams, even if Sol Campbell will be back.

Bayern are quite underrated in my view. Their defence is sturdy, their midfield is very well organized and upfront they've got one of the best finishers in the world in Roy Makaay and an on form Claudio Pizarro. Arsenal won't score a lot against them unless they go all out attack in which case Bayern will hurt them.

Dont rule out the english teams just yet. Chelsea were very unlucky last night, the start of the second half they were the better team until they had drogba sent off for no reason.

I think Chelsea will knock them out in London.

Liverpool should be qualified if they can manage not to **** it up.

Never count out MU and Arsenal yeah they're gone :D

Chelsea are in with a very good shout. Liverpool have an advantage that they really shouldn't let slip, but you never know with them. If they don't make it through they have no one to blame but themselves. Gerrard will be back and Leverkusen have a couple of players suspended and Nowotny injured. It isn't impossible for Manure to go through but Milan look really good atm, probably the best team in the world right now, and if they play like they did at Old Trafford it's bye bye Man U.

Yeah but thats not a real shocker or a great upset in English football. Noone ever fancied MU's chances this year except ManU fans. Of course Milan are the better team, it would be interesting to see them or Juve V Chelsea though. That would be sweet :D

If hope the pool go through, then I can go see them play a decent team :D

IMO Arsenal are the only team going out,Man utd will beat Milan at San Siro and i'm almost sure about that,Liuverpool well 3-1 is a great advantage i'm sure they wont let slip,as for Chelsea i truely hope they get their asses kicked by Barcelona but unfortunately that wont happen as Barcelona needed Drogba to get a red card to beat Chelsea, which mind you i'm sure Mourinho will stop that happening.

summary:all English teams except Arsenal are going through, only Inter will go through from the Italian teams, which proves my point that this season English teams are the best!:cheesy:
