Hi again everyone, its been a while since my last post, so long that I had to reregister because my account was deactivated I think.

I doubt anyone remembers my "essay" of about a year ago just before Capello joined us. It had something to do with Roma's Revolution and how strong I thought they would be because of the quality signings they have made. How wrong was I.

I always keep up to date with whats being said in these forums but I hardly post, but when I do I try to make sure that I write something worth reading.

So here goes, my take on everything: To put it in a nutshell, I believe that Juventus have many more galcticos than Real Madrid. Its almost unbelievable the quality of players that we have. Its funny how I hear people say that we need a striker or that our strike force isnt as strong as some other club. But this is all due to perception.

The perception that Juventus gives us, in my opinion is a good one. Let me explain: If a player like Joaquin would sign for Real Madrid, people would really take note and his reputation would dramatically increase and no matter what we say, we would have this feeling in our stomach's that this guy must be special or one of the best in the world. But if he would have signed for Juventus for some reason I think I just would not have that same feeling.

The point I'm trying to put across is that we have an amazing squad, even though we dont percieve it as such. We have legends. Growing up I always believed Cannavaro and Nesta were always the greatest defenders ever, I always had them in my dream team defence(me and my friends used to draw our dream starting eleven on a piece of paper, every year the players changed but those two remained in the defence). And then Juve signed them. Viera eventually made it to my dream team, and no Juve signed him.

Thuram is a legend, Del Piero is legend, Zambrotta is one of the few great left backs of this generation, Emerson is a rare brazilian that actually gets selected for his defensive abilities, Trezeguet is the most accurate and consistent finisher in the world, by far.Zlatan's dribbling abilities are seriously out of this world. Nedved has great vision and I dont know if its just me but his passing can be amazingly pinpoint sometimes.

Compare other teams to our team position for position.

The makings of dreams. We even have some underated striker that manages to score these unbelievable goals in critical matches(Zalayata). We have legends like Tachinardi, Pessoto, Birindelli that seem immortal.

But most importantly its not the players that make this team. ITs got something to do with those people who run the club. They just keep doing everythin so right. And no matter the players we have, Juve still competes.

As I get to this point of the article I realise that Im being redundant and I'm not expressing what it is that I felt that actually motivated me to write this article.

The main point is just this, with so many discussion taking place as to what players we should buy, who we should start, its going nowhere. Capello, Moggi, Juve Ownership, the most qualified people.

They know much more than we do, and much more than we will ever know.

So sit back and relax, and wait till the season starts and enjoy football.
Cheers.

Of course we are galacticos! No doubt about it!

As long as we can win the Champions League every other year, like the Dogs were doing it recently, I am happy for Juve to be called anything!
