For example, when I first saw the picture on my smartphone a couple of hours ago, I had been outside in broad daylight the past few hours. Hence, the dress looked undoubtedly white-gold to me and I questioned the sanity of anyone seeing it differently.

Now, I'm inside and it clearly looks black & blue.
