I'm not gonna bother arguing back, if you feel that the public doesn't need protection from animals with a recorded history of violence then I wont win in an argument against you.
generalising is not going to help anyone,Rottweileers,Dobermans and Staffordshire bull terriers are actually fantastic dogs

unfortunataly they tend to attract a mentally deficient level of owner who want a "big, bad dog" to validate their existence and they train them to be aggresive.these dogs then carry out actions in which they have been programmed, even if it is targetted at the wrong people......in 99% of these cases its the owner who is dangerous, not the dog

:tup::tup: So damn right! They are fantastic dogs, they just always happen to end up in the wrong hands. Hell if those people would buy poodles and chihuahuas those would end up eating people too. It's what you do out of it.

Thats right Bozi.

In all seriousness Bozi is right. I know someone who has a German Sheppard and I'm confident this dog is going to be a menace. He is one and never walks him or takes him out for long strolls. The dog is just stuck in the backyard just waiting to be a menace. I really dont' get people who want big dogs and they live in a 1 bedroom apartment and always at work. Like really whats the point
