There are some things and jokes that can be misread as being serious, but someone saying Belgium doesnt exist (with seems to be a longstanding joke that long preceeds my tenure here), and then making a random and mocking list of other things, countries included, that doesnt exist according to burke, to actually complain it seriously? Bit high up on the oddball chart.
