Its weirdly random to delete that thread (no idea who deleted it, but I assumed you know who atleast). Even if alot of spam and such with the many pages, it answered questions to those who wanted them, and it showed the mods can interact with the posters instead of just warn and delete. Helpful enough thread in principle (great posts by Ze and Alen was very helpful), not just the topic of it in itself.

XT management tried some april jokes that back fired, for one, the serbian and croatian threads were hidden from the public and claimed that they were deleted for good

Yeah, lets remove an entire thread again so that word doesn't get out Tahir repeatedly called me a twat, breaking the same rules that fired up his decisions to warn me about 15,000 times.

But I just don't understand why threads should be erased just because of a harsh discussion in the rescpective thread. It's not like there are racist remarks or whatever posted in that thread. It's just a discussion. I thought thats what a forum was al about.

You're right about the 2nd part, but this time it was somehow a special case, we've been trying to solve the Andy Tahir issue since sometime now....and we had to open a new chapter for these two homosexuals to get over themselves.
