If I read all those complaints, I am glad I retired as mod from the previous forum I was at.
It is only a forum with some guys/girls who don't have anything better to do during the night and day then spent their time here.
FFS, these guys really do their best to keep things in hand but you can't do good for all.
Trust me, people like JCK and bozi probably spent a lot of their time to make this place look good, if they close a thread or warn a member, it is because they feel something was wrong, or they feel like the situation might get out of hand, they don't do it for fun, you see the consequences, people start complaining and you need to explain everything several times to others.
Just let these guys do what they think is best for this place, or complain via PM, but don't let the entire forum see your complaints, it doesn't make it easier for them.

PMs do work IMO.But like Jack said,hardly anyone sends them.I havent been a moderator for too long,but ive never received a single PM.However,once i took the initiative myself and send Dule a PM when i thought he had crossed the line a bit.I didnt give out a warning or anything.Just a PM,and it solved the matter pretty easily,and there were no hard feelings.
Ive only handed out a handful of warnings and infractions so far.If i remember correclty,ive only given one infraction so far and that was to manos.I dont think giving out an infraction everytime is necessary.Id always prefer to send the PM first,then the warning,and then dock points.But the thing is,you cannot apply the same rules to the same person every single time.It would vary from case to case.
I have no issue with this thread either.Criticism is good,but negative criticism never solved anything.No one's acting like god here.Even the mods should be questioned and held accountable,but it should all come down to positive criticism.
