I don't think they encode italy friendlies, only the qualifying matches.
They encoded the game against Germany. On the other hand, they did show the game against Ivory Coast.

It's still 1-1 against the Swiss. I thought you lot could have managed a performance a little better than this, to say the least.

Uh oh, looks like Totti is already heated. Hopefully he'll save one of his occasional bust ups for the matches that really matter.:D

wasnt the best performance of the almost all of the azzuri players, expected better really. Canna was a beast though, it will be tough for the other teams with italy with that guy in the back.

Hopefully, people will right our chances off now. That and fan's expections should be lowered at least a little too. I'm uncomfortable when we're one of the hot favourites.

    Kakà hoping for Azzurri meeting

Brazilian starlet Kaka has revealed that he is dreaming of meeting Italy in the World Cup.

The Milan midfielder is a crucial element for the Samba Boys, who are most people’s favourites for Germany ’06.

There is a big chance of them coming up against Marcello Lippi’s Azzurri side in the second round of the competition, seeing as the Group E qualifiers will meet the teams who progress from Group F.

“Meeting Italy in the last 16 would be special for me – unlike any other game,” Kaka told FourFourTwo magazine.

“It would be difficult to come up against so many of my friends and club mates, but it’s a World Cup and everyone has to defend their own team.

“It wouldn’t be easy playing against Alessandro Nesta. I try everything I can think of in training to get past him, but it’s not easy.”

However, the former Sao Paulo playmaker’s first priority is just to qualify from the group, which he claims is far from easy.

Despite being drawn against relative minnows Australia, Croatia and Japan, Kaka has warned his teammates not to underestimate anyone.

“It’s not east at all, it’s tough,” he continued. “Japan and Croatia both have good Coaches.

“They have nothing to lose, and Croatia have a pretty good record in the World Cup too.”

DP was outstanding in the friendly against the dutch & so far his form has not deserted him,so im pretty confident that Ale will hace a very succesful WC campaign if given the chance.

If given the chance. He has looked great lately. I hope for the azzurri sake he gets a chance to play.
