BTW, we need to randomize which team the team leaders will be in IMO, so it's not automatically Gagi in team 1, Dzovinco in Team 2, etc. Instead it would be random, eg. Gagi in 7, me in 3, Dzovinco in 8 etc.

We are trying to find a way to make some honest teams

I suggest the person with the least votes, may pick the second person out of the remaining 16 first, and the one with the most votes, may pick last, then, for the 3rd person, the guy with the most votes, may pick his 3rd player first and so on.

So as it looks now, I would pick the 2nd player of the team first.
And Gagi picks the 2nd of his team last, and the 3rd of his team as first.

Good idea?

If we really want to be fair, we can also do it so that the top 8 guys outside the first 8 (so, basically the 9th to 16th) from the voting also cant be in same groups. Basically make group pots like in for example the WC or EUro qualifiers
