there is no way i cud accept didi resigning, to be honest he is the best thing that has happened to juve for a few years now, despite what many of you anti didi supporters say. if he truely has quit (god forbid he has) the board is the be of complete blame and shows how amateur they are in trusting more faith in an unproven viola pr*ck they call alessio secco

Saying that Lippi is coming back is a wishful thought.. What if the replacement is Capello ????????????????? I certainly don't want this to happen.

Just reading your post makes me feel bad. If Capello is "the man" I expect Secco's head on a silver plate.

I'm not so sure that Lippi would come back. Why? The whole reason why Lippi still hasn't come back to football is because there isn't a team "worthy" of him to coach out there it seems. I think it's a combination of respect for other fellow managers at major clubs and the fact that there aren't any clubs worthy of someone of Lippi's caliber (in Lippi's mind, i.e.) So Juve, being this newly promoted team and still in a rebuilding stage probably won't be someone Lippi would want to coach. Then again, he might want a new challenge.

you are saying Sky is not a reliable source, then why are you doing this to us Mark?
The news is everywhere but I still remember them saying Vieri was officially a Juve player last year.

They're talking about it in every Juve forum so I think we should here also.

stop it dammit, people will start taking this seriously, including me :scared:
It is serious, it's all over the net. I just have my doubts about The Vieri thing. I mentioned it in the 1st page I think.

Anyway, I won't sleep tonight because of this.

    Houllier out, Deschamps in?

As he admits his future at Juventus is up in the air, Didier Deschamps is being lined up to replace Gerard Houllier at Lyon.

The 59-year-old former Liverpool boss announced this evening that he has quit the six-time French champions.

“For a number of reasons I have decide to leave,” said Houllier. “I’ve lived two exceptional years here which, in many ways, reminded me of the six years I spent at Liverpool.

“Lyon has a new project over three years with a new stadium. I didn't feel like getting involved for another three years.”

This opens the door for Deschamps to return to France, where he had some success with Monaco, rather than wait to see if Juventus put their faith in him.

DD took the Bianconeri back to Serie A after their demotion and nine-point penalty, but the club is hesitating over confirming his presence next term.

For several months there have been strong reports that Lyon were interested in bringing in Deschamps as well as a bid for Juve striker David Trezeguet.
