Zaccheroni's record of taking over team's in mid season is good.Lazio and Inter. Both jobs taken in mid-season.Both clubs going through piss poor seasons. And yes, both sides suffered huge derby defeats under him,but he elevated Lazio to 6th position and Inter to 4th in those very seasons.

Average coach. Not a long term solution by any means. But he can do a better job in these situtations than he's being given credit for here.If he was signed for the long term,THAT would suck. But he's not a bad option till the end of the current season.

Oh I'm in the same boat, but it interests me how he will pull off a 3-4-3 according to the fans.
He won't, he will have to change formation to fit Diego in.

The closest formation would have to be a 3-4-1-2, no coach is going to bench Diego. This formation also has a spot for DP up front

After all the possible candidate from Hiddink, Trap, Benitez, Laudrup, Zoff.. into a worse that is Gentille and Zac. We get the worst of the possible.. I just don't get it the reason we hire Zac, if there is any. Is any process selection to rate the qualification of some coach like the interview process before taking our coach job? he even not working in football area since 2007 and now we sign him as coach.. DISASTER

We are becoming like Newcastle last season when they change Keegan into caretaker like Chris Houghton and then change it again with Shearer..

Anyway, Congratz Zac and hope the best work and luck for him.. Bring us the CL spot and Europa League this season
