I need to buy a new board.

My old board was a Wegener 8' 6" two fin board, now I'm thinking of getting an 8 ' Kahanamoku Sons three-fin thruster board. Its around 550 dollars, though. Problem is, I'm not sure how my back will be able to handle it when I crash. I had my 2 lower vertebrae fused together, and I'm not even supposed to be running, never mind surf.

I'll sell you the Meat Missile for $50.

Of course, the owner might not approve of this sale, and you might not want a surf board with swastika painted on the underside.

Only 50 dollars?? You're selling yourself short, Robert.

Pun Intended:D

Jim Peterson's surf board. That swastika almost got him kicked out of high school. As we were cutting out of school to head to the beach, the vice principal's attention was drawn to the kid loading the Nazi board into my car. Good thing his mother was a meat head - Peterson denied everything and told her he got the sun burn by sitting next to the window in math class. She believed it, dumbass.

Why the hell would he have a swastika on his board, and why would you hang with someone who has a swastika on his surfboard??

How's the surfing on the jersey shoreline, anyway??

Surfing in Australia. I can only imagine.
Absolutely :thumb: I went up to Surfer's Paradise for a couple of weeks with my mates after high school, it was the best :D

Everyone assumes you're Japanese though

1. Jim Peterson was cool, not a Nazi. His weird-ass older brother painted the swastika on the Meat Missile, and Jim thought everything big bro did was funny.

2. Jersey surfing was passable back then. Perfect for a sucker like me who could hardly get up :D

3. Surfing in North Carolina is much better. Cape Hatteras has the best waves on the East Coast, it has been written.

Look Graham, I hate to do this, but . . . Your introduction of "surfing" to this thread has really derailed us. Shame on you! So, I'm going to take us back to topic . .

Does it really? I have not heard about Cape Hatteras, and I want to search the east coast for the best waves. I have only been to Ocean City MD, Virginia Beach, and also the Delaware coast. Sadly to say the waves at these places suck, majorly. If you can, tell me more about the waves at Cape Hatteras.

No, I'm not B.S.ing about the surfing. I used to surf on a semi regular basis from '98 until mid '01 . The last time I did surf was on our honeymoon in Jamaica, Then I started feeling some real back pain, and 5 months later i went under the knife.

Oh yeah and don't tell me about wasted energy "Boss" :cheesy:
Its wasted energy because I think you made your point perfectly clear re: Prince about two weeks ago.
