Yeah but I don't think we'll be able to get Cassano unless Roma's ban is lifted because they can only sell in straight cash deals since they aren't allowed to bring in any new players. I don't think we can afford Cassano at present, not after spending 20m on Vieira.

Add to that, Roma is going to have an increased bid for Cassano, seeing that we've spent 20m euros on Vieira. They're only going to want more. However, if Moggi plays his cards right, i think he can pull off another scoop, if he reminds Roma they dont have too many options but to sell this season.

I think for now Mutu is suffice, Cassano is not an urgent need, Moggi has stated before that A midfielder is needed much more and that was one statement Moggi wasn't lying about.
