Esnaider wasn't that bad, I remember that he has one or two good games...
we can say the same about Henry.. I remeber as he scored 2 goals against lazio..

this stupid Anceloti, If we had another coach that time, I am sure that henry was gonna be more successful at juve..

There will be no Cassano for Juventus this year. This thread will be around 400 pages on the next transfer window then.
this will be better, he will cost us 0 euros next season.. I mean we don´t need new strikers for this season: DP, Trez, Ibra, Mutu, Zalayeta..

We have been saying that for ages, but other members think that now with Milan signing Gilardinosaur, they will win EVERYTHING:

i dont tht milan will win it all.
i say tht we DO need cassano simply bcoz dp is getting old and his form is taking a nose dive ever season capello doesnt like him too much either.and bcoz one can never be sure if mutu will b bak to his best after the drug row.
thts precisley v cassano is needed.
he is young and the only path he can only get better.
plus he can play in a number of attacking positions,INCLUDING the midfield.he cud solve the 'creative midfielder' problem that juventus have.

I still think that Del Piero and Mutu will do the job better than Cassano, at least the coming season. Cassano can be signed next year. Then again you forgot to mention Zlatan in your analysis, you forgot Trezeguet as well as Zalayeta.

Then he is not needed because we have Alex and Mutu. End of story. Del Piero will play a major role next year, he had a great end of year last season and he will continue like that, as the whole team's momentum. Introducing a new forward will disturb it. Fortifying the midfield and defence is the most logical thing and this is what Moggi is doing.

Mutu can play on the wing, but Del Piero's role will be largely reduced this season. And if we're in the process of phasing him out, might as well do it sooner rather than later. Bginging in Cassano this season would make sense imo, if we intend to get him in the future, its better we do so now. The reason i say now, is because he'll have more than a fair share of suitors when hes a free agent, and i think other clubs can offer him a better salary than what he may eventually get at a club like Juve. Snapping him now would also be a good idea, given Roma's transfer embago, where they have no option but to pay up for the Mexes deal, and they're in need of money. Having already signed a striker in the form of Nonda, who doesnt carry any sanction on his head, i think signing Cassano is still a distinct possibility this summer.

But it wouldnt be a good option,
because we really dont need him now,
its very unlikely DP+Mutu+Zlatan will get injured the same time
and Cassano by any means cant replace our true and only finisher Trezequet,(Zala+Miccoli will leave)
next year we will get rid of one between DP/Mutu,
if both of them dont proove they can play for Juve
and this will create a place for Cassano,
it would be a good deal to grab him now to be sure of it
but he definitly doesnt worth the 20mil straight cash deal Roma asks
and since we cant offer them a player(s) in exchange....

    Giraudo: Cassano? Not This Year
    7/13/2005 9:34:00 AM
The Executive Manager agrees with Moggi that the Roma star will not join the Bianconeri… at least not for this year.
Just like Moggi did on Monday, Antonio Giraudo squashed any rumours linking Antonio Cassano to a Juve move this summer.

“He’s a talent, but we already have five great attackers. And for this reason he will not come to Juve this year. We have already strengthened ourselves when compared to last season."

Despite all the denials, the Italian media still believes that Cassano will become a Juventus player by the end of next month.
