As an attacker Treze will bring in good money,
he is considered still young,we can get much,
he isnt our fitest player,
our team doesnt depend on him, as it depends on others
and we can find someone to replace him easier than others
You should forward this idea to Moggi... Perhaps that'll change his mind...

Remember that in the last years Juve and ACM never interfered in negotiations of each other. There is a verbal agreement between Moggi and Galliani, who have very goof relationship. So I don't believe that Galliani will turn his attention on Cassano or Moggi will try to buy Gila.

And now about Cassano's case.
Auxerre is trying to convince FIFA to punish Roma for Mexes transfer and put one-year ban on all Roma's transfers. If FIFA make such a decision then Juve cannot buy Cassano mthis year and we may take him for free in 2006.

In this case, roma will sign a new contract with cassano

Roma had already offered him to extend his contract, but Cassano refused due to economical reasons.
I wonder what Moggi is going to tell him to convince him to stay in Turin, given our penchant for not exactly being the best paymasters of them all.

I think it means that Roma could`nt buy anyone but about selling I can`t see why Fifa would forbid them selling their players (after all they need money to pay...)

Nedved: Cassano Would Be A Good Addition
6/28/2005 12:48:00 PM
Juventus playamker Pavel Nedved says Roma striker Antonio Cassano would fit in well at the Stadio Delle Alpi.
Any deal to take Cassano to Turin looks unlikely at present, although the rumours refuse to go away.

"We already have a lot of great attackers but Cassano would be a good addition as it would make us even more competitive," Nedved told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"After all, I’m sure that Fabio Capello would know how to field Alex Del Piero, Antonio and myself."

Cassano can join us next season on free, in the meantime we have many options now, with maresca in midfield and miccoli upfront, one striker is definately leaving.

DP,Mutu,Trez,Ibra,Zalayeta,Miccoli? Talk about attacking football, what other team has such a powerful attacking lineup?

Dont know about Maresca, but im pretty sure Miccoli's services will not be retained. Even if we dont buy Cassano, we may just end up using him as a makeweight or straight swap for someone like Pizarro.

I think 2 things, if Juve dont buy Cassano, and he doesnt sign a new deal, we'll sell him in January and Juve will miss out on him, because Sensi would love to not sell him to Moggi

thats probably what u thought about Emerson. Hehehe, I remember a guy here posted Emerson's words and changing his name with Cassano.

It doesnt seem all that far off, Cassano will reject all offers for any other club and wait for Juventus on Free Transfer.

God Bless
Luciano "we look at free transfers" Moggi
