Fools. Cassano is a chump. He alienates all of his team mates and his coaches. Why would anyone want a player like that? Furthermore he's got a terrible temper and he can easily be taken out of any game just by getting him angry. I wouldn't give a bag of balls for Cassano...

Olivera is a good substitute, nothing more. And i dont see him in Juve plans for the future. Juve'll probably sell him or loan him next summer in order to get someone else.

I like your avater. Very artistic :D

Yes, i see his shooting from where ever whenever he gets space and blows it over. That doesnt make him GREAT.

What he is to Juve, is what Francesco Lima was to Roma under Cappello.

All Olivera needs is some tactical training, that's all.The kid's quite the full package at this age and is surely good enough to warm our bench for the future,if not as a regular starter.

De Rossi Sure Of Totti And Cassano’s Stay
12/17/2004 5:26:00 PM
The young Italian talent is confident that the two star players will remain with Roma despite all the transfer speculations surrounding them.
However, Daniele De Rossi fears that other good players might be leaving the club sooner or later.

“I fear that a good player will leave. But the feeling I have is that both Totti and Cassano will remain here for a long time. The fear is that players such as Pelizzoli and Montella might leave.”

In recent weeks, Totti and Cassano have been strongly linked to a move to Real Madrid and many pundits expect them to leave Rome at the end of the season.

we don't need another forward when Trez is coming back and Juve finds his form again after the winter break but still i think we can scare off a lot of teams (like Real) when we have Cassano:cool:

Oliviera has much mroe upside than Cassano. Oliviera is not a hot-head like Cassano, and he's probably going to be better, when all is said and done. Furthermore, Cassano in not a player that will help this team at all. Why buy Cassano when we got rid of Miccoli? The reason that Miccoli left was because we don't need or want a player like that.

I think thats being a little harsh. Olivera maybe talented but i doubt he'd have the level of Cassano - who will in all probability will be the player of his generation. Cassano over Olivera anyday if i have to choose. Further, the temperament will be a lot more relaxed when he realises what a big club Juve actually are.

Who cares what a big club we are? Cassano does not. He is absorbed with himself, that's why he could never be successful here. He does not respect his club, his fans, his fellow player, or his coach. What makes you think that all of that will change if he comes to Juve? I suppose he'll suddenly become open to criticism, never walk out of training, and take the bench like a man, if we buy him...

Ian, Cassano had a healthy relationship with Capello during the old Roma days......yes, this was at the disaster called Roma. Cassano even showed his class on and off the pitch during the build up of Euro 2004 and the tournament itself. I think he would be much more well-behaved here at Juventus, its obvious..

Cassano had a better relationship with Capello, but I'd hardly call it good. Furthermore, I think that he'd be well behaved here only as long as he got his way.

Zlatan and Cassano do not have the same disciplinary problems. Zlatan has a temper on the pitch, but he generally gets along with his teammates and coaches (at least at club level). Furthermore, Zlatan's problems seem to be inherent while Cassano only goes off when things aren't going his way. Zlatan seems to be reforming himself, but that would be much more difficult for Cassano to do, IMO.
