Roma chief Prade plans Cassano contract talks

AS Roma chiefs will hold new talks with Antonio Cassano on Monday over a new contract.
Cassano saw the transfer deadline fall on Wednesday while training at Roma's HQ in Trigoria without receiving any concrete approaches from interested clubs.
Amid claims the striker is becoming more isolated from his teammates, Roma chief Daniele Prade is set to sit down with Cassano on Monday to discuss terms over a new deal.
"We've never sought to sell Cassano," insisted Prade yesterday. "Now I will sit down with him and his representatives to see if we can find a solution regarding his contract."
Cassano's reluctance to sign a new Roma deal could recede if the club is prepared to include an affordable buyout clause of between £6 and £8 million.
