Oh defo, if trez is fit and on fire he can do more for juve than Cassano, ibra and zala put together.

ive always felt that midway through the season is the worst time to sign a player.and maybe thats why not a lot of big name players move in the januray window because you have to change clubs,change the atmosphere around you etc in a very short space of time.

it'll either be this season.

Think about it.....cassano will be able to negotiate terms with other teams....perfect time for moggi to swoop in, either on the free for next season OR at a cut down price by roma for a immediate move....im sure cappello and moggi will be up for that.

roma have already said that cassano will not be playing if he doesnt sign a new contract right now.
there's no way i see him staying at roma rite now.
so all the cards are in juve's favour.
they can either sign him now,or let him move to another club.

they missed out on signing gilardino 2 years ago.now he's at milan.
they missed out on signing cassano 4 years ago.
i dont see moggi missing this chance to sign cassano.

im positive cassano will be at juventus before the 31st of august 2005.

Im sure ur right, cassano will be with us :groan:...but i still believe a Jan move would be financially better for juve.

Roma will play cassano, because in all honesty they need him, or his replacement.

Trez, unbelievably in the begining, show geat control, he still does....but he still cant dribble.

Zlatan has control and dribbling ability, shame about the lack of clinical finishing, otherwise zlatan would be the total player.

Trez requires service, feed him and he will score, that is both a advantage and a hindrance. Good because u know he will score, bad becaus eu kno u have to set it up for him.

Trez requires a technical partner, someone who can dribble and provide assits, hence why he and Dp were such an ace partnership.

true, but if the sensi's take the piss on the tranfer fee, and moggi waits, what do they do...can they afford to leave him on the bench? Can totti montella and nonda do it all?

If I know Moggi well enough, nothing will happen before 31st August because he'll be pushing till the last minute to get the best out of the deals. By then however, I still see 2 - 3 players coming Cassano, Mancini and perhaps even Dacourt.


No, the under 20 forward wouldnt be in addition to Mutu, maybe instead of. Del Piero is also rumoured to be in talks with Milan. Who knows though? Lets just wait 5 days now that we've waited so long.
