what people forget is that panucci and zanetti are average players that were turned into great players by capello.and they lost it when he left.so they needed capello to get back on track again, especially panucci.
cassano isnt an averge player.he's a brilliant player and he does not necessarily need a particular coach to conduct him.he can do miracles with or without capello.that goal he scored for bari against inter is a sign of eventual greatness.panucci and zanetti arent in the same league as cassano when it comes to talent.he's light years ahead of both of them.
cassano doesnt need anyone to drag him.he just needs some who can give him that little push so he can start firing again.and capello is the man.once capello leaves juventus,im sure casasno would have moulded into a more MATURE player.
he's temperament will always be there.but unlike roma, juventus will use it positivley.
can u imagine a more scary sight for the opposing time then two insanely talented fire brands in zlatan and cassano firing at all cylinders?.i cant.
What you forget is that Montella and a few others are good players that were never utilised by Capello. When Capello left, Montella had a wonderful season. Yes u may call it a 1 season wonder. If he continues his superb form I don't see y he shouldn't be called in the WC.

I classify Zlatan + Cassano as the same calibur of players. Frankly speaking I'm not too supportove of this move and both of them r not natural goalscorers and both of them will either become good friends and bitter enemies at Juve. U can always look at the Zlata + Van der Vaart case in Ajax. Since u said that Cassano is a brilliant player, shouldn't Mutu + Zlatan be classified as brilliant players as well?

Don't u think our attack is already scary enough? The Mutu - Zlatan + Trez formation is already deadly and if Cassano is here, I wonder how he will fit into our team. And don't tell me to trade Zlatan/Mutu away.

ur forgetting something too.remember the 01/02 season?montella got picked for the world cup because he had a good season at roma.and who was managing him?it was capello.so saying that capello never utilised him is pure rubbish.capello was probably the one who turned him into a better finisher.and the 03/04 season was a bad one for montella because he had his share of injuries.true, capello is not a fan of small strikers, but saying that he never utilised montella is crap.

if cassano joins,we all agree that juventus will play a trident upfront with cassano and zlatan aiding trezeguet.and a zlatan-cassano pairing will not be too bad either.cassano is a much better finisher than zlatan, pretty much like what del piero was at his peak : someone who can both create and score goals.

the question about how cassano will fit into our team is subjective.considering that capello loves him so much,we might well be starting with cassano-trez-zlatan with mutu either on the bench,or on the left flank.looking at nedved's age, mutu's most most likely position looks on the left flank.

capello wants cassano, the whole of italy knows it.surely,he knows how he's gonna manage his strikers once he is signed.so lets leave that to him.

ok if the Montella case really matches wad u say, then Montella should be happy in Roma and not almost joining us in the 2004/2005 season. And there wouldn't be an article appearing that says that Montella is mocking Capello. Even Nicole can tell u that Montella is wasted.

And wasting Mutu on the bench? Or fit him in the left flank? God pls put him in his natural position.

no, i mean he can play in the position behind 2 strikers, but even if he doesnt come, which is more likely, we have Mutu for that position. Del Piero too in worst case scenario.

I doubt cassano can do well behind the two strikers, it seems to me he is good at forward or a bit towards the flanks like Mutu.

If we arent getting Cassano I think we should trade Miccoli for C.Zanetti, we need the fire power upfront. Miccoli despite his attitudes still has skills above average.

for the millionth time, cassano is no fantasista playmaker to play behind the strikers.....he is merely a ****ing dribbling forward.
