Luka is 20 and you can make an argument for him as MVP. Think I'm gonna get his jersey.

Hope he grows to hate Dallas and moves to Philly.

:agree:
I was telling Philly fans in random hypothetical trade scenario for Doncic and Simmons, that Luka is much better fit with Embiid and would make you legit championship team, raises the roof with any team he is on while Simmons lowers it significantly. That Philly will need to add several picks to even make Dallas pick up the phone.

They didnt want to hear it and insisted Simmons is better. Now it's new season and they are so humbled lol, told them it was never about Simmons you felt forced to be a homer about, but that Doncic is that rare breed special generational monster. Get used to this shit. He is gonna be dominating for a decade.

It sucks that Magic was let go but now he can finally give his insight into games, that's what really set him apart I think. It's nice having a veteran champ be outspoken on social media, it gives us the ability to see the games from their perspective and grasp a lot of nuances to the game that us regular fans will usually not see.

And to think that this dude had the keys to the kingdom at one time. I love him to death, but what the fuck.

I just realized that I had a terrible sports day yesterday.

Juve tied against a primavera squad. 49ers lost, Lakers lost, Canadiens lost.

Good lord.

Lol, I'm genuinely glad for him, but you do know its 100% undeserved right?

NBA is joke in how desperate it is for bs storylines. NBA media clown him for a year for little reason (he is washed but didnt deserve that much ridicule), now give him a player of the week award just for showing sign of life against worst teams in the league (2 games vs Bulls and 1 vs OKC).

It's just pushing the narrative they want to keep hyping hings up in either direction. They will soon begin with he is finished again in overdrive.

For why I said its undeserved, if it wasnt obvious: Harden averaged 47 pts past week LOL. Doncic over 30 pts a game and averaged pretty much a triple double (and he did against strongest playoff teams in the league plus a surprisingly good Suns teams). There are several others with better numbers and performances too in the west.

NBA officiating a complete joke these last couple years and it's getting worse. James Harden flopping all over the court, throwing himself into and off contact to sell absurd fouls, lightest touches and dude acts like he's been shot. And the refs buy this shit every time. 47 fucking free throws the last 2 games  Averaging 15/game on the year. Ridiculous. Dude shot 11-38 tonight, 4-20 from 3. Straight up garbage shooting game, but put up 50 points because the refs put him on the line for 23 freebies.

But hilarious that he was called for a charge to lose the game. Karma's a bitch. :lol2:

To win back to back games at Denver and at Utah, who had a combined 16-3 record at home, is pretty sweet. And they are both high elevation cities as well.

Oh man, Howard shooting 3s and hitting, and Rondo becoming a sniper at 3s, near 50% lately, is just so bizarre to me.
Yeah. I just saw Rondo is up to 50% from 3 on the season. Crazy. He's still a poor defender, but if he stays hot from 3, it massively improves the Lakers second unit O. All that they're lacking is a back-up wing for Bron, mostly one that is a good defender.

Conversely, aside from buzzer beating threes (he sank them in first and second quarter), Kuzma has been hot garbage the past few games.

Refs are on all time low all season so far. Complete joke.

I bet you saw Lebron vs Jazz lol, he litterally got away with the most blatant travel ever, just walked with the ball Westbrook style, and refs so afraid to call it they just look away :D and in same game, he commits a violation that gotten players technical, fines or even suspensions (Amare and Diaw for Suns, lost playoff series due to said suspensions). He is on the bench, and Kuzma gets blocks 2 times in a row and Lebron just comes on the court waving his towel, just couple meters from the basket where the active play is.

Are you kidding me

But the travel was way worse.

:agree:

That travel was absolutely absurd. Bogdanovic was going nuts too lol

Even Bron said it was a brain malfunction on his part (was busy watching KCP - Mitchell collision lol) and the worst non-call he’s been party to.

I used to like Lebron. Now with that whole China bullshit, making Space Jam 2, and going to the Lakers I am actively rooting against him.
