Stevens didn't get one single solitary vote for coach of the year.

Not one.
seriously? he got 4th best record in the league with 2 allstars missing most of the season. was only 4 wins behind Toronto, whos coach is getting the award most likely, as i hear the commentators saying today. looked more clueless than Tyron Lue against the Cavs

and nice prognosis on him and the Cs

I said it back when they hired him, that it broke my heart.

interesting, looks like Houston have found their defensive strategy against GS
Go at a hurt/supbar Curry all the time? Wait for GSW to turn away ball like crazy for some dumb reason? (happens on occasion)

Difference was turning up the aggression and tempo, and Tucker, Ariza and Gordon shooting lights out in terms of effectivity.

Your role players to carry you is something that rarely happens, so not sure if its a winning combo.

But defenitely Kerr needs to figure out how to use Curry, who is clearly not all there yeat health wise, and reduce these insane turnovers, thats clearly due to complacency.

The way I saw it, they tried hard to limit Curry and Clay, while giving relatively more space to Durant and the rest and it worked well for them in defense. I agree about Houstons offense though, would be unreasonable to expect Tucker, Ariza and Gordon to bring this kind of performance for all the remaining games, but then again Harden shot 3/15 from 3 point line, so it's not like they maxed out :D I kind of want Rockets to win this, Houston - Cavs/Celtic would be a more interesting final imo
