surprised to see Wolves capitulating to Rockets with no arguments, what's happening @Osman? :D
Game 1 was missed opportunity, was so close to taking it from them with only Harden able to shoot well then. Game 2 everyone woke up to their usual open 3 pt scorchers, and they are just such a well oiled selfless team that it becomes impossible to stop them from getting looks.

I watched all of Wolves 82 games (fvck me league is too long), and literally only team that was impossible to face was Rockets. I would been happier with Warriors instead...atleast for those GSW guys Towns is a mismatch nightmare to face, they can't defend him (while Rockets Capela has Towns number) and unlike Rockets their bench is shit.

I wish Butler wasn't injured for 2 months, we would have had Portlands spot and be facing Pelicans most likely, who was easiest team we faced in regular season.

Nothing but a healthy Steph Curry balling out his mind will beat this rockets.

Yeah, I definitely see Houston making it to the finals and I favor them over Golden State. Thankfully, the Sixers will beat them to the title.

Towns made himself his own bitch, horrible start to his playoff career.

True, Towns is sawft.

You think OKC will beat Houston??
It's not impossible. I see them causing a shock; well, not a shock per se, but an upset nonetheless.

I also don't think The TWolves would have done well against The Warriors. They might have been able to win a game, but Green and Durant would've shut down Kat, or limited his impact at the very least.

Well, at least Spurs didn't get swept.

Minny's first playoff game win in 14 years was easily the most enjoyable sports game I seen in AGES. Man was it beyond sweet, everything went perfectly.

Everyone were in fuego, but extra marks for playoff Jeff Teague and resurgence of Derrick Rose.

Kawhi will probably get traded. Hope Buford and Co don't pull a Beppe and at least get good young talent in that trade.
Yeah this is definitely the worst Spurs team in past 20 years. It was a miracle they even made playoffs.

they are kinda stuck at the moment. Gasol and Mills on a long term contracts, Aldridge as well (even tho he was a beast all season, not exactly someone you build a contender around). 2 very good young role players in Murray and Anderson is all they have to show off for the future atm, so they better get something good in return for Leonard

- - - Updated - - -

Btw anybody else thinks Pelicans might actually beat Warriors?

with Anthony Davis playing like this and no Curry? they have a good chance.

btw, my dream is to see Giannis and AD together on the Lakers, they would be unguardable as a duo. Lonzo would average 15 assists

Signing Gasol long term was infuriating. Mills is OK, and you're damn right Aldridge was a beast. I think it's perfectly fine to build around him if Kawhi is not committing. But Anderson and Murray are not good enough for a contender especially Anderson.

as 7th-8th players on a team? thats not the impression i got from watching them, which wasnt a lot i admit.

Aldridge carried the entire team all year, just dont think he will ever be the best player on a legit top 4-5 team in the league that has a good shot at the title. hes not THAT good

Murray is work in progress and Anderson is meh. But I disagree with you on Aldridge. Can't point to many big guys better than him atm. The problem right now is that Pop is not that type of coach who takes shit from players, and it worked perfectly fine with Timmy, Tony and Manu but it's not easy to find players who can go with that today.
Speaking of Manu he might've played his last game in San Antonio. I'm gonna miss those Euro steps. What a legend.

He was passive as fuck first 2, barely got any touches and was crowded double teamed in paint, he got scared under the pressure and went to the perimeter shooting instead. Was dumb, but also blame Thibs offensive schemes that don't seem to involve your biggest asset on the regular.

But 3rd game he was more aggressive, handled the pressure of being double teamed well, he passed out to the open man every double team, half of the 15 made 3s was because of that. Team generally lights out from arch but besides aggressive drives to the paint and hella intensive D, it was about exploiting them double teaming him as it should be.

Cheapest thing I ever seen in basketball, that fuck Harden wilfully rams his body into Towns and gets obvious no calls as fouls, thankfully last quarter the refs figured his retarded schemes.

No, not gonna happen.

We overrating Portland for even asking this question.

I know Playoffs are different animal, but Minny ain't all that and they walked all over Pelicans all 4 games, this is the same team, even if they play better without Cousins.
