well in croatia most popular are big three (milan, Inter, Juve). ManUtd is also very popular there is even MUFC fan club that travels on all away games in CL.

Add Roma to the list and we have the same situation I don't think that EPL or La Liga will ever be more popular here, because of the closeness to Italy.
