that's the key - other moderators, not normal members
I am not a moderator or are you saying that I am not normal either? I can name you a few other members who are not moderators who can contact Marty on a daily basis.

I think it is really unbecoming that you as a mod encourage mocking of other members. Threads get derailed on a daily basis with sily gifs, memes and other crap that shouldnt find its place in certain threads. Have you paid attention to Zidane's thread? Rules need to be enforced even If that means you need to hand infractions to few of your closest buddies.
You're happy they don't give infractions for being boring. You'll hit a 3 week vacation after 3 posts max.

dude, you was here from the start, you are like the godfather of this website, stop to act like you are normal member
I am not acting like anything, I have been here for some time but so have others. I used to be a moderator (a tyrant that used to spread terror) and now I am a regular member with no powers and receive infractions. I don't see any privileges unless I am missing something.

Mods are making this place worse lately.
How's that? Expound on your statement a bit. I've been away recently, but I'm happy to take any criticism back to the mod team.

RUS, my first act as moderator would be to make you a fellow mod. You happy with that?
    Mods can't make mods.

Are you considering renaming the Rookie/History forum to History forum at least?
Why does it need to be renamed?

Infractions are being given to people for the smallest reasons. There were quite a few examples on the previous pages, Jack's infraction one of them..

Threads are being closed like Conte's and Vidal's.. It kills the fun of the forum. If people are trolling hard in these threads just infract them if they deserve it and they'll eventually stop.

and btw the Draxler thread was closed far too soon.

How do you feel about deleting posts in these threads when things get out of control? People complain about that too. Closing a thread for a short about of time limits infractions and post deletions.

I don't like deleting posts. Let's face it, 90% of the threads are derailed all the time. Infactions/closing threads shouldn't happen because of that.

If the mods don't like the thread derailing just warn the members. Don't take it out on everyone else wanting to discuss there.

Those are two quite different things. I can understand an argument against closing threads, at least once they have been cleaned up, but infractions for those breaking the rules do not affect innocent members.
