What does Juve stand for?Spending less?Or sticking with old players?

Money's of prime importance now.The more you have of it,the better.Besides a regular top 4 finishing team,or a title challenger isnt likely to go for a complete squad change over.You expect smaller,mid table clubs to do that.

intelligent buying, ok secco isnt the best example but its not like Juve have ever gone to the extent of what Inter do.

Moratti has spent over 300m on players since he came to charge in 1995.A lot of this has to do with the fact that Inter remained a sleeping giant for almost 20 years.Any football powerhouse would have done the same had they gone the period Inter went without a league title.Juventus won consistently,so the club never had to spend as lavishly as Inter.Had we been in Inter's position,we might have done the same if we had the money.

Moratti,Roman..it's all the same.Lavish spending by under achieving clubs devoid of current success.A club that does well consistently wont spend this way.

That won't happen. Chelsea were a good team even before Abramovic's money, the money made them a great team. Man City's best hope is qualifying for the CL, which i don't think they'd do either.

    I don't think they will quality either (for CL I mean) but I still think they will a great team next season.Yet again if they keep signing players like this.

    :agree: i think the 6+5 rule is the best solution for all this madness. It's not big deal to buy 3-4 or even 5 top foreign players. But to buy all 11 starters or even worse 22 top players to the team is just not good for the game as a whole.

    There should be more balance in this sport. If its only robinho and Kaka moving to city then its fine but what will happen is that all these rich clubs will try to snap even younger players 16-17 year olds and keep them in the club just because they can afford them which is IMO wrong ...
