oddo is needed for right back. simple as that. cesar isnt needed when Jankulovski could join and is cheaper and more versitile. Inzaghi would be okay back up for trezeguet. better than zalayeta IMO!

oddo and inzaghi for zaleyeta plus cash seems reasonable to me.

then get jankulovski and cannavaro and the team is fine.

Yall seem to be under-rating Simone Inzaghi. He is much, much better than his brother.

Atleast Simone could get the ball off the ground with some power. Filippo can marely just bubble the ball around.

Plus Simone is stronger and can dribble better.

Juve launch Cesar bid Friday 20 August, 2004

Juventus still haven’t given up the hope of signing Lazio star Aparecido Cesar this summer.

Inter are believed to be in pole position for the left-sided player but reports today claim that the Bianconeri are still in the chase.

With Inter failing to agree terms with Lazio so far, as President Giacinto Facchetti has hinted, Juve could swoop.

However, the Old Lady’s attempts to convince the capital outfit to sell is rather complicated.

Whispers suggest that Juve will first net Rodrigo Taddei from Siena and then instantly offer him to the Olimpico outfit as part of the deal to sign Cesar.

Taddei is currently in dispute with the Tuscan club and is keen for a move – even if his first choice is Roma.

But the talented midfielder is liked by the Biancocelesti who could be tempted to do a deal with the Turin giants.

Cesar too would be open to a Juventus switch. "He wants to play for a top club," said agent Gilmar Veloz.

"There is no difference between Inter and Juventus for him. It is simply up to Lazio to decide."

There is also the possibility that Taddei may be used as a bargaining tool for two other Lazio players instead.

Juve are known to be keen on right-back Massimo Oddo and striker Simone Inzaghi. The latter would replace Marco Di Vaio – who was sold to Valencia last month.

but i prefer Jank,he is younger(26) and also Czech.......
