CORRIERE DELLO SPORT

Silva or Malouda to replace Nedved but there also is Babel, Van der Vaart, Joaquin and Zhirkov

Tuttosport

Arshavin for Iaquinta
Bolded= realistic and actually interesting but i doubt malouda's availability and absolutely no way we can afford David Silva,

Joaquin's mentality is a worry and i fear he is gonna be one of those great potential talents that never quite fulfills his promise

Silva would be a fantastic signing for you guys, i'm not sure if he's even an option though, i can see him moving to Chelsea or Real for a big fee.
:agree: Villa and Silva are out of our price range unfortunately, regardless of Valencia's troubles financially they will not sell these players short of their value

Not really but I wouldn't be surprise if they sell him at the end of the season.
VdV is a real option i believe, once again Real are gonna have a player that they don't really need, waste him, play him far too irregularly and then sell him for far cheaper than they shelled out. the question is, who will be brave enough to take a risk on him? i would love it to be Juve

Of course they will sell him!! Its the Real policy: Buy the best players in Europe, give them insane wages, give them 2-3 games to show what they know and if they dont perform in those 2-3 games send them on the bench along with the others and when the season ends, sell him (after totally fucking up his form)!!
good post-
typical or real but i would much rather pick up on the cheap the wasted talents they have overpaid for

And i would sure want to know what will Arshavin do in Juventus??
Whose place will he take over..........just why the fuck would we want to do this swap??
bad post-
at the right club arshavin could be a fabulous talent, but it is Tuttosport:faq2:

If they sell him (and most likely they will) I bet we'll be there with some offer. But I don't really know if he'd come here since there would be some EPL club offering shitloads of :money: .

But if we do get him I think he'd a great signing.

Personally I think Arshavin is overrated.

He played few good games and it's like he's the "new maradona".Everybody heard of him this year and he's 27 years old.

I see him going to EPL and choking.

possibly but i have the strong faith that after chasing the cash at Real and having it backfire spectacularly he will be much more choosy with his next transfer and move for footballing reasons rather than :money: , this would put us in a very strong position as we are a very attractive option for an ambitious footballer

Ok, but you didnt answer my question about which position will he take over?? Neddys???
everybody is wanting Diego despite the fact we would almost certainly have to alter our formation so i am guessing arshavin would be similar. he would eb a player that we wanted to adapt to rather than adapting to our system

oh yeah he is overrated but once again i believe if he picks the RIGHT team he could be sensational. still would have a list of players i would like ahead of him

Yeah, but i would sacrifice Marchisio or Zanneti anyday for Diego. My point was that Arshavins name and rep (unlike Diegos) does not imply to having any of our players benched in order to play him. But like you said its just rumours and there is no reson for debating. After all we dont know which players will Juve get untill the moment they sign him!!

If you mean our current financial situation I am afraid no one can tell you that.

Unless Secco comes to visit Juventuz. :p
Lets invite him :D

I asked that question Dule, because everyone keeps saying "We cant afford him, we dont have that kind of money" etc. What is the max sum that Juve can pay for a player in your oppinion??

You said you'd sacrifice Marchisio.

I don't know...both.

Looks like Yaya is going to leave Barcelona and Arsenal is ready to pay 10mln euros.

We should step in(if we can).
the way kolo Toure is being treated by Arsenal makes me think he may have second thought about joining them, though is the last sort of player to make the fans happy

I can't even guess. We got some money from Champions League so far but who knows where does that money exactly goes. And it looks like we won't shop in January so we are saving for summer transfer window.

I expect us to spend 50+mln euros this summer though.

And whats your opinion about Yaya Toure?

I think he already said his yes about the possible transfer though.

Zhirkov
Modric/Diego
Veloso

Is enough.

Arshavin in a swap for Iaquinta would be pointless, they don't even play in the same position.
