agreed...he will be on vacation very soon, and that too for like the 3rd or 4th time

I like him a lot. Same with Arda Turan. Can play both flanks, young, fast...
any realistic chance we might sign them? how much would they cost?

I think Turan would cost less than Afellay. Those are prices if no other club show real interest but we all know English and Spanish clubs will want these 2 so we're practically out of it if we don't act fast.

Who was the big summer midfield signing - Poulsen:lol:
why don't you bash tiagos signing ? if you compare poulsen to tiago, you can tell that poulsen did more for the team in the few games he had with us, than tiago did for the team for the whole first season !

tiagos work rate was so low that even the shadow of a sun clock does move more.

poulsen does fit in well against sides like inter or chelsea where you know the enemy WILL have the possession in midfield of their sheer power and technical quality. you can not have some ballerinas that do stop running when they lose the ball because they did dribble into to many opponents again and again. in those games you have to have players that run and run and run and do not surrender a single ball. only this way you can mark all players the opponent could pass to and so make their life difficult.

It doesn't matter what I think Tiago did last season. The fact of the matter is only a moron would try to make a point using someone like Tiago for the benefit of a player who has made three appearances in the season under question.

It's pathetic. It's stupid. And those who use such nonsense should grow up.

you all should know that tiago did nothing last season ... he was playing like the whole team was playing against inter lately. without the needed grit and passion...

he did have a assists (it was a indirect freekick), but i do state again, that it was not his skill, but the class of chiellini who just did jump higher than the opposition.

it was not like he had crossed exactly to chiellini who was unmarked (which would have been skill by tiago).

tiago did also do a few tackles in our own box, but that was not exactly his task.

you did never see poulsen walk around like having a walk in the park, like tiago did last season.
