Defender: I am undecided between DL or DC. I think our defense can hold it with current center backs (Mellberg, Legro, Chiellini, Andrade) but we are very short on options for LB so my preference for a defender would be Dossena/Vargas.
Midfielder: I really hope we can snatch Hamsik or Aquilani, we can offer some of Zalayeta/Blasi/Nocerino/Palladino to Napoli for Hamsik and we can offer Iaquinta/Palladino to Roma for Aquilani. Diego/Van der Vaart are highly unrealistic targets and I am not counting on them. I would like to get a good alternative for Camoranesi but hopefully Marchionni/Salihamidzic can perform if needed and stay injury-free next season.
Forward: I hoped we can get Amauri but I have alomost given up on him even though I would still welcome him. But I would only offer Nocerino/Lanzafame to Palermo. They are asking a lot and we need depth next season. Lanzafame lacks experience for next season with Juve (and he isn't proved yet) and Palladino hasn't satisfied me. They would be used as bargaining tools for me. Other than that, I have no possible ideas who would be our 4th striker. Iaquinta may be traded (then we need a new one), I don't want Zalayeta, Palladino and Lanzafame as I said.....really undecided on this one.
Defenders: i agree with you and i am happy with the central defenders. Its looking like a solid back line now. For the LB, i would prefer someone with a bit more class and i dont think dossena fits that profile. By classy i mean someone who would be a force going forward, as we already have Molinaro who is a headless chicken for a backup.
Midfielders: Well we will have giovinco, neddy, camo, sissoko, zanetti, brazzo, marchionni and possibly marchisio. For me marchionni should be sold instantly since hes fit, any player would do for me because we have waited too much for this player and he isn't that good anyway. For the central midfield position we need a big name first, and someone who would hold that midfield from the scruff of the neck and string those passes. A player like xabi or Aquilani would be great , but i dont think we're even close to any of those or we will ever be. For the right midfield backup player i would go for reggina (or is he palermos) Brienza who is a very good impact player.
Forwards: we just one more player but it needs to be someone who would add value to that line. Amauri would but he isn't coming apparently, so i really cant think of any names ( mybe G.Rossi). Also i wouldn't be too disappointed if we keep the current forwards tbh. Also i wouldn't be too disappointed if we don't bring in any forwards. We will need our midfield to set up next year anyway.
