I want a new coach, the only reason i wanted Ranieri was for his work with young players. I will wait til next season to see where De Ceglie and Giovinco,Marchisio is, they should be in Juve right now sickkkkk

DP Trez
VDV
Nedved Nocerino/G.Silva Camoranesi
Salihamidzic Chiellini Andrade Ivanovic
Buffon
or we could put Ivanovic as center back and put Chiellini on the left with Salih.. on the right.

I think it would only be fair to put Chiellini as left back if we buy someone really good as a center back. I didn`t watch Ivanovic play but I heard he is really good

An affordable solution for the future. A younger striker should be bought if Palla doesn't make the next step, I would like to see Benzema or Huntelaar, Gomez would be a cheaper solution. Another risky coice is maybe De Ceglie as LB - we can't say what he'll be able to do in the next years. But I have faith in him atm so he makes it into this formation ;).

De Ceglie and De Silvestri are way too young to be first team starters for us. squad players maybe, but not first team. They would get raped in the CL againt more experienced players. Same thing for Serie A as well.

I didn't say much about the back-ups though. My formations should be considered as an aim for the future. I like to be optimistic about the youngsters but I guess you are right somehow. Zebina can surely be an alternative since he's experienced or Grygera, but he has to do better. Do you have any ideas for LB? This seems like a difficult position to fill. We should buy an experienced player in that position but who could it be? We need another LB, that's for sure. De Ceglie/Molinaro should not be the LB-couple for next year. One of them has to be replaced by a better player and it will probably be Molinaro.

I understand that your formation is for the future and I like that, but in the short term it could be problematic since alot of these matches are going to be experience for our young players, which automatically means alot of mistakes. I have no problem with that but if we are serious about competing for titles next season then we should reconsider. Add to this some of the fans here are insane. the moment a young player has 2 bad matches they want him out. they expect a 20 year old to suddenly play like a WC player.

for the LB I would like to try out Sali there. Molinaro I would give until the end of this season. His destiny is in his own hands. LB market is a bit iffy at the moment as there are not many I can think of. If Grosso is for sale I would go for him. He is not young but he should a very good short term solution until De Ceglie can hold his own there. Or we can get a WC Cb and move Chiellini back to LB. Either way works for me.

Looks possible.

I would prefer to have Legro in the side than Zebina, so I would move Ujfalusi to RB.

VDV= 14-18 million
Ujfalusi= free
Huntelaar= 15-20 million
Grosso= 7-10 million
Hamsik- full owernship of Blasi and Zala plus some money (say 4-5 million)

so taking into account the maximum amount I listed as possibilities we would spend around 55 million. If we sell a few of our fringe players we could easily reduce that by 15 million. not a bad plan.

Of course all this is just a theory. in the end none of those players may cost that or even come here.

yeah but if it was as easy as I made it to be, then we would have been there already. what I did as was an overly simple plan. there is no way it is like that in real life unfortunately.

We should go for Grosso then since Chiellini as a CB is more important.

Grosso (Lyon)
Pasqual (Fiorentina)
Lahm (Bayern Munich, impossible but one can only dream)
Jankulovski (AC Milan, since Zambrotta might be joining them either during January or the summer he would become second option LB)
Heinze (Real Madrid, he has won in all the matches he has played for RM but he has competition from Marcelo and might not play in all matches)
