He is class. And I still hope he doesn´t go to Premiership although he is most probably going there since he admires Premiership and has 2 good friends there: Kranjcar and Eduardo.
Now, Chelsea have the financial advantage because they can offer more money to Dinamo Zagreb who wants as much cash as they can get but Arsenal has the advantage of Eduardo being there, so if there is not a big difference in offer from both clubs and Dinamo accepts both offers, I think Arsenal has a slight advantgae ( good news, Fred Weasly
) because he would like to reunite with the former colleague which would be great for the club too. Modric and Eduardo are a scary duo. 
If he decides to go to Premiership, I am hoping it will be Arsenal. I gave up on him since our board is clueless about signing potential legends so far.....
but it is inevitable he will leave Croatia. Shame, he would be a real bargain!
Arsenal´s future is bright. I hope they will play regularly in the future as I don´t want to see their careers ruined (which won´t happen as long as Wenger runs the team). I mean, who can be better at developing these 2 jewels than Arsene?

After seeing what he's capable of..the way he is assured and composed on the ball..his passing etc..i really think Wenger should get him...he's born to play Wengerball...Hleb-Cesc and Modric in one midfield would be scary..
