are you suggesting something like this..

-----------------Tiago---------Almiron

-----------Camo---------------------------Nedved

It could work..but it would be a big risk..the burden would be on Almiron and Tiago to defend by keeping possesion as neither one of them are particularly good tacklers, plus Nedved and Camo have to track back and help alot in defense.
I agree,That formation is likely to be used by ranieri this season, but IMO i dont think thats neither good defensively nor offensively..thats why i really think juve will need to buy a playmaker if they're to play in a 4-3-3

offensively its more than good enough IMO..Tiago is a box to box midfielder that offers goals and creativity. And from what i've seen of Almiron he's a creative player. We all know what Nedved and Camo are capable of.so i think offesively its very good..but there isnt any one in that midfield with real ball winning capabilities..thats why i think its not very secure defensively

i believe tiago does offer that creativity with his great passing ability, however with almiron im not so sure cos in Empoli he would be the playmaker and he would be the player they would search for thats why you might think he is creative,i dont think he'd have that same role here in Juve..i dont know i hope im wrong but i see him as a never give up on the ball type midfielder not so much as a creative midfielder..
and thats why probably zanetti will start next to tiago..which will make it even less creative therefore less offensive..
i'm really hoping for that playmaker,i dont care who but wish it could be the guy in my avatar or i really do hope Camoranesi has one hell of great season, cos i know he is capable to do so much...

i think Camo already helps out defenisvely...Nedved can hold his own as well...and Tiago i think ppl are underestimating him i'm sure he can stick his feet in when needs to ;)

i second that,i think if juve to wrap up another defender and has some money left, then either robinho/diego/nasri/VDV/quaresma would be great, altho this really seems unlikely:cry:
About how much do we have left now, after recent purchases? Considering the fact that another defender will cost us between 10 and 15 mil, we should still have some spending power don't we?

If we gonna get one more on the attacking department then im all for DIEGO !
i doubt we will tho and i dont think it would be someone as good as diego.. so far all our transfers have been solid but not really all that spectacular and i cant see a really huge signing happening now anyway.. i think gigli/blanc/secco fuked us up by going around sayin we have 100million n so on which in return made every other team wanna suck us for as much $$$ as possible and in zarragoza's case 2 much

Yes,our transfers have not really been spectacular, that doesn't mean we can't sign a spectacular player..i know its a long shot, but there is still some chance,i remember our board suggested 3 big signings,i dont know how BIG a signing they were talking about, but i would consider Tiago and Andrade as a BIG signing, not spectacular but BIG..i mentioned this some time ago,i think this July the board will wrap up the defense work and getting our key players to extend their contracts, that includes convincing Neddy to stay, and then I think August will be the time for that spectacular signing..

If Nedved and Camo sign new deals we will only look for another defender and that s it. I would love to see Diego at Juve but I doubt it will happen.

with which money?
You guys really think theres no money left,i believe there is still money in that kitty..how much.?i wouldn't know, and we haven't spent that much anyway, its not like when the board says we have 50million euros,we actually only have 50million,i would think they would tell the public that they actually have less than they actually have rather than telling the public that they have more than they acually have..plus there will be some players to be sold..

if in the end there really is no money left in the kitty, then we could always do wat we do best, pull that moggu trick, and get us some free transfers later in january..BTW anybody knows who could leave on a bossman, that could be a transfer target..??

but you cant say that secco is making money with his sells. miccoli just 4 mill.
Of course not,but the money are gonna go into the transfer kitty, and we will need any money we can get right now..plus its not like we were expecting that much to come from our sells anyway, who was a fringe that could get us plenty of money..?not many, probably miccoli, zalayeta i mean none of them were gonna get us that much anyway, miccoli probably could've got 6-8 million, and zala probably even less..
All im saying is that,i think the board will consider their sells as a bonus to the transfer kitty they have from the start..

I think the board will still sign another player, an influencial player. We've bought the neccesary players to form the base formation, players who are strong enough to compete. But we have yet to make a bomb signing or a real well known player.

I think their tactic is to esembe the primary team, then go for that 1 class signing. at least thats what Im hoping for.

After Henry's departure Gallas seems to be a bit unsettled. He doubts Arsenal's ambitions which must be really important to him, knowing he played for Mourinho. Henry must have been one of the prime reasons why he left Chelsea for Arsenal in the first place.
Lets get him to partner Andrade. :eyebrows:
