Nocerino has yet to prove himself. While Motta is a name in Football not everybody knows Nocerino, and Motta would have been a regular player in Barca wouldnt be that injury season. I think Motta has more experience and is at the moment better than Nocerion alltough i must admit i didnt saw Nocerino so much.

I'd agree with Micheal here..Nocerino will potentially be better than Motta..who is way too injury prone and inconsistent..But they arent even the same type of players.
