rumors are most of the time unrealistic.

They still get mentionned in some papers. About Lampard, if he leaves Chelsea he'll probably go to Barcelona but I couldn't find a player linked to us that plays as a non-defending mid.
So, the only non-defending midfielder linked to us is Lampard only. Is there any news about Rosina or Montolivo instead?

Almiron, Gerrard

I heard about Montolivo.

Secco today: "We are good on defense with the acquisitions of Grygera and Criscito".

"If Fiorentina doesn't want Blasi we'll welcome him back".

"We like Dainelli but he's not part of our plans".

I haven't watched Almiron a lot, therefore, I can't give a fair opinion about him. But, I trust your judgment. :cool2:

If Secco really meant that we are good enough just for adding Grygera and Criscito to our back line, then he doesn't comprehend what is waiting us in Serie A. But if he is hiding something (I sway towards this choice more), then he is a good student in Moggi's school of Mafia tricks. :D

As for Blasi, I'd welcome him back, but as a backup.

Regarding Saviola, No, thanks.

The point here isn't Is he a good player or not?, the point here is Do Juve really need him or not?

I don't find anything special in Saviola, Palladino and Bojinov are better and younger.
Bojinov is probably going back to Fiorentina though, and Trez might leave. Zalayeta is...well, he should be sold. Basically leaves us with Del Piero and Palladino, who are both good players. Although, I wouldn't want Saviola to join us, as I prefer Huntelaar. But we'd still need a 4th striker..

*cough* Toni *cough*

I know that Bojinov is on his way out of Turin, I was just expressing my view about our current squad capabilities. Yeah, Trezeguet may leave as well and Zalayeta has become a bench-warmer, hence, losing his form and field sensitivity.

Regarding Toni, yesterday's commentator of the Palermo match said that Fiorentina are preparing to make an offer to Palermo for Amauri, as they've agreed terms with Juve over Toni's new contract, so Amauri to Fiorentina to replace Toni who would join Juve. Anyways, I like to see Toni fending our great symbol. Plus, trying as soon as possible to secure Pizarro's signature, as he'd be on a free agents in the summer.

Del Piero - Palladino - Toni - Pizarro - Plus a primavera attacker...

Sounds good & nice strikers. What do you think about Giovinco playing in Serie A? (Obviously not as a starter, maybe in a Coppa Italia match or something)

Actually, I haven't watched him yet, I heard a lot of good things about him though.

I don't know why you're completely against Toni, Rami. Just because of his age!!!

Amauri is a good striker, I watched him with Chievo a lot and he impressed me with Fiorentina too. Cavani...he hasn't convinced me at all in the matches I've watched to him till now, despite bing a regular starter.

Even though, both of them can't be compared to Toni. Do you know how much goals has Toni scored in the last three seasons in the Serie A including the current season?

I know how much Toni scored Ahmed. and I didnt say he isnt good, in fact he is a top class player. but yes his age is a problem (and also his price). he reached his peak.
I believe that we should inject a new blood in our team.
Thats all :pint:

Why you always give me an impression, every time you speak about Toni, that he bit Bojinov's arse and escaped.

Anyways, Toni can at least play in his best form for three seasons to come. Regarding his high price, 1) We have the sufficient funds for the summer mercato, don't worry 2) Toni will join us only if Trezeguet leaves and this means more money to be secured.

Ok :p
Everyone of us looks to things from different point of view...
I'd prefer to buy Hunter and benefit from him for long time rather than having Toni for 3 years and then starting looking for another striker...
thats how i see it.
I like Toni, but I'm hoping for a young Juve :eyebrows:

Imagine adding Toni to our squad next summer with Pizarro and another attacker form the primavera squad as I said earlier and then landing Huntelaar the season after. I mean, we don't have to wait for another three seasons to sign a young striker. That's all. :pint:

:agree: Toni and Huntelaar would be our finishers, and if one was injured, the other could be used without worrying about if he'll score or not. That's the beauty of it. :D

So, for the greatness of the old lady, lets sign both Toni and Huntelaar and forget about the primavera player whom I suggested earlier.

Del Piero and Toni as starters plus Palladino, Huntelaar and Pizarro as subs. :toast:

You inspired me a little bit earlier. Just check above.
