Hamsik is one of the best talents in ze globe, and one of the more closely watched. You are telling me the City who offer 18m pounds for average hacks like De Jong and Bellamy would not only offer alot for Hamsik, but think he is not good enough????
don't the words "proven" and "hyped" exist in your vocabulary ?

hamsik has one season of top flight football on his CV, while de jong has many seasons in the netherlands and germany and bellamy already had vast premier league experience.

if everyone that does not watch italian football would think hamsik is so great, why are there no offers, not even rumours spread by any club ?

who in england did even ever mention hamsik to be a possible transfer target ? no one ...

italian league players are not valued as high in england ... or how come no one bought your "world class" players like zapata or santacroce ? why didn't we even have to fight for amauris signature with other european clubs (milan doesnt count, since they are an italian club) ?

must be hard to realize that not everybody on the world does hype the players in the italian league as much as oneself...

Like many seasons matter when you are just an average player? De Jong is so, regardless of playing 10 more seasons then Hamsik. And the same is the case with Bellamy who is just a midtable speedster, and experience means shit if you dont have quality, he has 10 times the experience of Giovinco, but it means squat in the end.

Yeah Hamsik has still to prove himself more, but there is still no doubt he is a top talent and emerging quality player, and he would be heavily considered if he was on the market, but as this is his second season with them, Napoli arent in any hurry to do so, neither is he himself to deman any moves etc.

fabregas is great... sagna wont fit at all...
Persie and adebayor are great but we dont need them.
we need a cb.. a replacement for both backs grygera and molinaro
a replacement for both nedved and camo... and a fabregas instead of zanetti

why do you get me wrong all the time ? do you want to misunderstand me ?

i did never write "hamsik is a bad player" or "kuyt and de jong are better"!

i only tried to explain, why i think man city will not go for hamsik.

man city may have money, but they are not completely brainless.

it would not be the first time a player (regardless of him being a youngster) that changed clubs after 2 decent seasons, goes completely under at the new clubs.

there are those players that do only shine at small clubs or even only play good for exactly one club.

regardless of how much you like hamsik, no one can tell at this point of time if hamsik is such a player that will go under in a bigger club

(remember bigger club has not necessarily mean, more successful. enviroment can have a great impact on players)
