The talk of Modric above and the speculation by Steve Wilson (C4 Football Italia ) that Marek Hamsik is the perfect replacement for Pavel still fails to recognize that of all the AMF's we have been linked with in the last 12 months, Diego is surely the one that is most like to arrive in Turin in due course.

This, after all, is Secco's choice.

Very true, he was misguided though, i wanted to see Arsene try harder to keep him, he was in fantastic in flashes for us, all he needed was consistency and a pair of balls.

Diego is cup-tied, therefore will not join. Modric and Hamsik are both great players, and the club could do with either one of them, instead of signing defensive midfielder after defensive midfielder. The club have to sign a playmaker in January. We lack creativity, the side is becoming too predictable.
