and C.Ronaldo too, he is not very shine when he first came but Fergie gave him constant opportunity to play in every game (susbtitute or first team)..or like Nani and Anderson...

but in Italy there is few opportunity to play for young players..
Even i don't believe Hamsik and Santacroce will shine like now if he choose to join us last season

Well you are partly right. Unless the youngster immediately made an impact like Chiellini or Giovinco the fans will immediately ask to buy an established player to play in his spot while he sits in the stands waiting for his chance.
