those are extremely big shoes to fill...I don't honestly see anyone in Serie A who is a capable left-sided midfielder...abroad, there may be guys like RVP who may do a good job, but still not that many...Giovinco is the best option we have IMO

I like Miguel too in the past..but for now i never watch Valencia match so i don't know if Miguel still a great player...Scheweini will be a great signing for Juve, i remember he made two assists from free kick against Portugal in Euro '04...He plays better than C Ronaldo on that match
He is still a very good player but I think he was resting on his laurels last season when Valencia were doing soo bad. I think a change of scenery is what he needs the most as well as a team that is focused on playing football and winning trophies.

He is naturally talented and extremely fit. I think having him in our team would be a huge boost and I don't think he would be too pricey given Valencia's financial problems and the fact he has not been in his top form. I think if we bid like 8-10 we could get him then once we get him in form he would be outstanding for us.

He would cause alot of trouble to our opposition and with his fitness he would be able to cover very well in defense. Signing him would be very smart for Juve when you look at how much Barca payed for Alves and how much Chelsea paid for Bosingwa .. if we can buy Miguel for waaaayyyy less we would be getting a top RB who is not too far off in quality from those guys when in form.

If there were 2 players I would certainly sign for Juve next season they would be Miguel and Zapata.

I would also sign Bastian hahah

all the same Camo will be 33 next season and Nedved wont be here. We need to Play Giovinco and get Bastian.

Bastian for free would be SICK. then we could spend on a CB and Miguel!

Sure, maybe we're not as loaded as Real madrid or Man U, but we're not a poor club either, the problem is we didnt go for the appropriate players
We bought a good DM who can run all day and puts in superb tackles. We have bought a skilful striker who can hold the ball, dribble a bit, is superb in the air and is quite clinical in finishing. In came Manninger who seems to be an able deputy. Lastly, we have Poulsen who shows that he can put in quality ground balls(although he seems to be suspect in the last few games). I don't see where we have wasted much money.

Yeah, sure babe. We really fixed all the problems in the squad. The defense is sound and we have no trouble creating chances against minnows.

RVP is a terrible winger, trust me on that.

it is still too early for next year's mercato but I would love to see these players at Juve

Aguero for 40 m € - that cheap bastard Elkann should act like a Juventino for once.

Schweinsteiger 0 € - Player like him for free would be one of best transfers of the summer 2009.

Royston Drenthe ? - he is wasting his career at madrid.

out

Nedved will retire.Tiago,Molinaro,Andrade,Knezevic,Marchionni,Almiron

I love how nearly nobody manages to write Schweinsteiger properly:D.

Anyway, the bolded part is exactly why most people got fooled when it comes to their rating on Schweinsteiger.

Bastian played two great games against Portugal at the World Cup 2006 and at the EC 08.That's the reason why he is incredebily overrated by most of the non-Bundesliga watchers and by Italian Juve forums.

It's funny how inconsistent he is and how he basically never was an undoubted Bayern starter. If he can't even manage to start at Bayern, why'd you expect him to replace a former great like Nedved?I say we should invest in a proper Nedved replacement rather than trying to find a cheap solution.
Exactly. Schweini's real value is masked by his several great performances for Germany.

I'm not sure how to define Drenthe yet.

Not Marchionni. I still believe in him. Don't give him only 2 matches (in the one of which he was good) to judge him.

We don't need Miguel. He was very close signing for us the year that Valencia finaly got him. Now i don't want him. He is much older and with 2 average years in Valencia. We are ok at the RB position. Not superb but ok. We have many other gaps to fill in this team...
