so you don't know real story

he wanted to join milan,it was very difficult to sell him barcelona
I didnt know that..
Daniel Alves is miles ahead of Miguel.
no he isnt..Dani Alves isnt half the defender Miguel is..which is what makes Miguel the better rightback..and Miguel is very good offensively too..granted he's not as good as Alves but he's still very effective offensively

he isnt as quick as Alves only...i remember very clearly he was one of the more influential players for Portugal in WC2006....they would give hime the ball and he would push forward a lot, especially against the French

But Miguel is 30 milions cheaper then Alves. :D
cheaper yes (I doubt Valencia would sell him anyways) but Alves is better. But isn't that the whole argument? We have to pay good money to get good players. If money should be an obstacle then we should stop looking at VDV, Diego, Lampard and Ivanovic. :money:

going forward i would say yes but as a defender Miguel is way better
as an overall player Alves > Miguel.

I didnt know that..

I disagree. Alves is a RB and you can see how instrumental and neccessary he is for Sevilla. Plus the guy can actually cross a proper ball, something that miguel is not very good at. Miguel can dribble past opponenets yes, but his crosses and passes leave much to be desired.

I agree with you that alves is better at crossing and passing the ball..i already said that offensively he's better..but Miguel is the better defender by a mile..which Imo makes him the better RB

According to most of british medias, Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano could soon leave England. On the other hand, The People declares that Manchester City are ready to offer up to 23 million Euros to overtake Barcelona.

...but i think FBs are not the requirement at this point in time...we need a CB and an AMF if possible...i think Molinaro Grygera Salihamidzic and Criscito can handle it...
Getting Zambro would push Chiellini inside, thus giving us far better options all across the back 4, as both of them can play two positions.

He did, but went about it far more professionally than Ibra, & I'd take him back tomorrow (if only the window was open.:D )

:D

Jovetic is top goalscorer in our league atm i think.

Anyway...We wanted to sign Rosicky as replacement for Nedved.Guess who wants him now?Yeah,Inter. They are ready to offer 15 mln euros.
not remotely possible..Wenger likes him,he loves life in london and he likes the way the team plays..in short we're happy with him and he's happy with us.

I think if we buy three top players we will be more than able to fight at the top of Serie A and the CL next season.

I would like: Diego, Zapata/Ivanovic and Gilberto/Sissoko

The reason I put a DM in is because Zanetti is 31 i think and it is obvious a dedicated defensive mid is an absolute requirement to our team's play. So playing in the CL (I hope) next season will mean we will need 2 good DM's for rotation or injury.

I think having Zanetti and one of Gilberto or Sissoko at Juve would give us great cover for the DM position. I would prefer Sissoko because he is younger, more aggressive and runs tirelessly.

I could see Zanetti/Sissoko partnered with Tiago/Nocerino doing very well for us.

Diego would replace Nedved and Zapata/Ivanovic are clearly needed

We should try to bring in Borowski (since he will become a free agent during the summer), Ivanovic, Diego and Sissoko. I am not convinced by Nocerino performance. He hasn't been consistent and I really like Sissoko's work rate. He isn't at his best right now, but he is a good player. ( Liverpool vs Barcelona match, remember)

PS: I were given a choice between VDV or Diego. I would take Diego for sure.
